We are looking to hire a Business Development Lead in Bangalore who will be part of core team at SCOPT Analytics and will have the following responsibilities

1. Proactively reach out to prospects in target market segments via different channels and generate leads
2. Follow up on leads with initial conversations, qualify leads by assessing business needs and shortlist potential prospects
3. Identify influencers and decision makers within the prospect organization to determine budget and timelines
4. Consultatively engage prospects to understand pain points and requirements and customize solution pitch / proposal along with technical teams
5. Build and cultivate relationships to drive the sales process and move opportunities thru the sales funnel
6. Front end solution discussions and deal closure conversations along with technical and leadership teams
7. Work with leadership team to grow sales pipeline to meet revenue goals

1. 3 to 5 years of experience selling analytics services and solutions
2. Very good understanding of data analytics & digital technologies and its potential impact in transforming businesses
3. Should have good understanding of analytics adoption challenges, opportunities and maturity levels in different markets and industries
4. Functional knowledge in supply chain domain is a big plus
5. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
7. Strong track record of customer service and customer relationship skills
8. Demonstrated ability of selling innovative solutions and services
9. Very good understanding of commercial and legal aspects is required
10. B.E with MBA preferred
